This is the most familiar and appreciated of all native fruits. From a horticultural perspective, their size and yields are needed for commercial use, but the small-berried wild ones have a much more pronounced and full flavor. So they are a little small-they are big on flavor. As a result, they have a following all of their own. Do these taste like the wild ones? They are the wild ones! |
